Foods2go provide an easy way for you to order and pay for your takeaways and collections online, we are not responsible/liable for the preparation/cooking/standard/delivery of the food. Foods2go is only responsible for forwarding the orders to the restaurants and has no control over the actual delivery. If you are unhappy with the quality of the food then compensation should be sought directly from the takeaway. Foods2go is not able to provide refunds on behalf of the restaurants and is not liable for any such refunds sought. All complaints must be lodged with the restaurant. On notification of such instances, f Foods2go will look into the matter independently and work towards the improvement of services for future.
